Independent Contractor: – In this stage you have the power to work your own hours and decide how much selling you do.
Employee Sales Person: – This is the main stage where most people stay. You can either work part-time or full time. If you are a full-time sales person we expect you to work at least 8 hours per day. An ESP should be dedicated to Royal 100%.
