What is GLAS-GUARD?
GLAS-GUARD is constructed of pure glass fiber with a thread positioning special organic coating designed for ROYAL GUARD Asphalt Roofing Products to provide strength in roofing repairs and construction. Used in conjunction with ROYAL GUARD PLASTIC CEMENT to repair blisters, bulges, cracks, or breaks in roof membranes.
COMPATIBILITY
The GLAS-GUARD saturant is a combination of synthetic resins and natural asphalt in the proper balance to give complete compatibility with all accepted waterproofing and coating compounds.
Flexibility
No cracking of the ROYAL GUARD coated GLAS-GUARD shall take place on bending over a 1/32″ Mandrel through an arc of 180 degrees in one direction and through 360 degreesover the same Mandrel in the opposite direction.
